Vikings SC State Champions!

What an amazing swim meet the Vikings had at this year's NSW State Short Course Championships which were held at the Peninsula Leisure Centre, Woy Woy, Central Coast on 12/13 October 2019.

The Viking team consisted of 7 women and 4 men: Nicholas G, David B, Brian C, Gary S, Kylie L, Caz M, Katrina B, Donna C, Leisa C, Ann R, Anne S.  This incredible team all swam the maximum amount of 5 individual races and we entered 5 relay teams.

Happy faces!

With all swimmers competing strongly in their respective age groups we walked away with pride after receiving the “Des McCormick” trophy for highest average point-score per swimmer.

Many medals were won and PBs achieved.

Relays always bring the crowd to their feet and a highlight was Tuggeranong Vikings winning the Women’s Freestyle Relay and the Mixed Medley Relay at the end of the swim program.

Championship Trophy!

Meet results are available on the MSNSW website.
