Belgravia Leisure to commence operating the Lakeside Leisure Centre

Belgravia Leisure will commence operating the Lakeside Leisure Centre in Tuggeranong on 30 November 2023.

At the moment, our club does not foresee any issues for Tuggeranong Masters with the changeover and our club’s programs will continue as usual. If our club members have any questions regarding the change of operator, please raise them at a committee meeting or send an email to the club.

Belgravia Leisure has advised that they are working to ensure minimal disruption to the opening hours, classes, and programs during the transition period. Many of the staff currently working at Lakeside Leisure Centre (LLC) will remain so we are hopeful we keep seeing the same familiar staff faces, and Belgravia has asked us to remain patient as the team learns the new systems.

The Y has advised that any existing memberships, visit passes, and learn-to-swim classes will remain active. For now, you can continue to use your existing membership cards for access and the MyWellness App for class bookings until all new systems are in place.

If you do have any questions about memberships, access passes, or other issues, please note that Belgravia Leisure is monitoring a dedicated inbox to support the transition period, and you can email questions to actenquiries@belgravialeisure.com.au.
